Kabul (BNA) Mullah Naqibullah intelligence in-charge for Taliban terrorist group by understanding the truth laid down his hand weapon and joined peace process in northern Badakhshan province.
I hardly try to ensure peace and stability for reconstruction of Afghanistan, Mullah Naqibullah said.
A source of National Directorate Security in Badakhshan told BNA reporter, after joining Mullah Naqibullah to peace process security situation will be better in Darayem district of the province.
