Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) today reported 59 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Afghanistan in the last 24 hours.
According to BNA report, no patient died due to coronavirus within the last 24 hours, while no patient has recovered in this time.
With this, the total cases are now 37,953 the total reported deaths are 1,385 and total recoveries are 28,016 in Afghanistan.
Officials in Ministry of Public Health reported that 8,552 active cases of COVID-19 among patients at under their care as Sunday morning in Afghanistan.
It is mentionable that until now 100,679 samples of coronavirus has been tested in laboratories of the ministry across the country, the officials added.
