Jalalabad (BNA) Nangarhar National Directorate of Security officials arrested a member of ISIS in that province yesterday.
Ataullah Khogyani, spokesman for the governor of Nangarhar, told BNA that Nangarhar National Directorate of Security (NDS) officials arrested the ISIS operative who was responsible for the targeted killings in Behsud district of the province.
According to another report, Nangarhar National Security Officers arrested an armed Taliban with four mines and three mobile phones belonging to Shinwar district of the province.
