ASF Air Strikes Kill Taliban in Balkh

Mazar-e-Sharif (BNA) Six armed Taliban were killed in Balkh province yesterday.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaee Shaheen 209 army corps spokesman told BNA, the Taliban were killed by Afghan security forces air strikes in outskirt of Kohna-e-Chamtal District.
Nine other insurgents have been wounded in the raids, said Reazee.
Another report says, as a result of commando forces operation with support of air forces in Charboldak district, Balkh province, four insurgents have been detained and a village has been cleared from insurgents.
According to another report, in a clearing operation of security forces in outskirt of Doulatabad District, three Taliban were arrested and large numerous of weapons were seized.
