Nuristani also stated that some 7 million voters was estimated who cast votes in the run-off but form sheets of IEC indicates that more than 7 million people had participated the second round of balloting. On the cooperation of UN in the election process, Nuristani said that IEC has yet to receive the details of mediation by UN.
