Kabul (BNA) The Prime Minister of Japan Shinzo Abi has expressed sympathy with President Hamid Karzai over recent floods that claimed the lives of scores of people in Faryab, Sar-e-Pul, Jouzjan and Badghis provinces.
In his message, the Japanese Prime Minister said, “On behalf of the government and people of Japan I am extending my deepest sympathy and condolences with the families of the victims of the natural disaster. The Prime Minister in his message said that the government of Japan is ready to provide all kind of assistance for the rehabilitation of the affected areas in order to help the people to resume normal life.
