Peace is a national requirement and the great issue of our homeland. Probably this bitter fact never accepted that in remote villages of the country, the situation is ready for the influence of Taliban and they may use peace negotiation as a pretext make themselves ready for a long and persistent dispute, therefore in peace negotiations all sides of the problem should be precisely  analyzed and evaluated.
In any case, the people want as their representative the state should lead peace negotiation, because the state knows well, with whom and in where talk about refugees issue and long lasting war in the country. If this national process carried out secretly away from the vision of people, they will have the right to credit the reports of the media.
IN Moscow peace session and meetings and negotiation in Taliban’s office in Qatar based on reports , represent Taliban five senior members of the group released from Guantanamo prison in exchange of an American soldier in 2015.
Releasing such reports in one hand can describe the complicated dimensions of peace negotiation in Afghanistan on the other make it clear who at what levels are involved in war and in peace of Afghanistan.
With this preface one can reach a conclusion and say that until the Afghan people don not their enemy and not enter peace negotiation to solve the current crisis, this devastating war will not end.
