Trees and seedlings in Kabul have been destroyed, stolen and looted by abusers from a long time up to now.
In addition to the fact that the Kabul Municipality is seriously investigating the subjects, it also calls on the citizens, especially the security forces, to cooperate with the Kabul Municipality in the event of such violations.
The perpetrators of such violations, such as thieves and vandals, will be obliged to pay four times its price according to the fifth paragraph of Article 18 of the Urban Planning and Housing Law, taking into account the calculation of the restoration consumption of the area to its original state.
Annually, the Kabul municipality spends between 2,500 and 3,500 afghanis on a tree, which will be fined and compensated, given the life of the tree.
