Kabul (BNA) Including children and women 11 people were killed and wounded following Taliban mortar attack in northern Takhar province today.
Khalil Aseer spokesman of Takhar police told BNA reporter, the incident was happened while Afghan security forces has started military operation to annihilate armed oppositions in Dasht Qala district of the province.
The mortar shell fired beyond Taliban militants that hit on a residential house in Dasht Qala district of Takhar province, in which three people lost their lives and eight others were injured, Aseer added.
