Kandahar City (BNA) At least 9 armed oppositions were killed during recent clashes with Afghan security troops in southern Kandahar province.
The clashes took place this morning, while a group of Taliban militants wanted to attack on Afghan security forces in Spin Boldak district of the province.
Senior commander of Afghan National Army in the south of the country reported BNA, 9 Taliban rebels were killed following the conflicts.
It has been said, casualties didn’t incur to civilians and Afghan security troops at the clashes.
Several weapons belonging the terrorist group have been seized by security forces as well, military officials claimed.
