Taliban Responsible For All Terrorist Attacks In Afghanistan, CE

Kabul (BNA) Chaired by chief executive Dr. Abdullah Abdullah, the session of council of ministers was held yesterday at Sapidar palace.
In the session, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah in his preliminary speech by condemning recent terrorist attack on Sardar Mohammad Daud Khan hospital said there was no human and Islamic norm in act of Taliban, adding that Taliban were responsible of such terrorist attacks because they were giving opportunity to all terrorist groups in the country.
Chief executive tasked ministry of urban development to complete reconstruction process of the hospital as soon as possible so that no gap would be created in treatment of patients and those injured.
Minister of urban development briefed that preliminary work for reconstruction of the hospital has been completed and it was now open.
Pointing to counter polio effort, the country’s chief executive said that counter polio campaign has reached susceptible phase, but eradication of the virus needed further efforts to be made by relevant organs.
He added that for repatriation of Afghan refugees, bilateral cooperation between Afghanistan and Pakistan was significant and there was no obstacle for cooperation between the two countries.
Pointing also to entry test in the country, chief executive asserted that making use of biometric system would guarantee transparency of the process, adding that security organs were tasked to impartially cooperate with ministry of higher education.
Related to coming parliamentary elections, the country’s chief executive said that the national unity government in coordination with the international partners was making effort to adopt necessary measures for holding fair and transparent elections.
