Kandahar (BNA) Eight civilians were lost their lives following in an explosion in Kandahar yesterday.
Interior Ministry spokesman Tariq Arian said the blast took place in the Shin Nari area of Kandahar's Arghistan district at around 4.30pm yesterday after a Datsun vehicle struck a roadside mine.
He said eight people were martyred in the blast.
No group has claimed responsibility for the blast.
