Key Terrorist Group Arrested In Kabul

Kabul (BNA) National Directorate for Security (NDS) personnel have arrested the Haqqani network and Peshawar council’s 30 terrorists involved in recent deadly attacks in Kabul.
According to NDS, the terrorists involved in four recent Kabul attacks ‘Shah Shaheed, Airport Rd, 4th Microrayon and National Assembly’ have been arrested as a result of operations.
Two terrorists of the network named Qari Janan, so-called district administrator of Dehsabz who working for Peshawar council and his associates named Israr Ahmad, Malik and Mustafa, one of squads for Haqqni group have implemented attacks in Shah Shaheed, airport road and Microrayon area.
The group, arrested by NDS, was one of the biggest terrorist networks in Kabul.
The group was also trying to plan 13 other terrorist attacks in Kabul city where they will target presidential palace, NDS office in Shashdarak, MoD building, US embassy, Kabul police department, national assembly and Khatamul Nabeyeen University.
Meanwhile NDS special units have discovered two trucks laden with explosives being transferred from Paktika to central provinces in the past one week.
