NSC Asks For Emergency Aid To Martyred, Wounded Families of Balkh, Helmand

Kabul (BNA) The meeting of the National Security Council strongly condemned the martyrdom of 19 innocent countrymen including the women, children in the mine explosion planted by the terrorists at the Dawlatabad district of Balkh province and conveys its deep sorrows for this incident. 
At the meeting chaired by President Karzai at the Presidential Palace, the general security situation especially the security in Parwan, Logar and Wardak were evaluated. 
Meanwhile the council condemned the attack of NATO forces in Helmand province as a result of which three children were martyred and called it as very painful.
President Karzai instructed the general directorate of administration affairs to assign a delegation from Kabul to facilitate assistance to the families of martyrs and the wounded of those incidents.
