Kabul (BNA) Dr. Sayeed Makhdoom Raheen acting minister of information and culture condemned severely the suicide attack on a volleyball ground in Paktika province.
The attack which was carried out on volleyball ground in Yahya Khil district, Paktika province 57 people including athletes were martyred and dozens others injured.
Dr. Raheen calling the incident shocking and pointed out that targeting the athletes and spectators of the volleyball game is the work of our enemies and added such evil deeds aware our people especially the youths of our country to know more about the heinous intension of the enemies and they can never prevent the progress of youths in obtaining knowledge, physical education and sports.
Dr. Raheen asked paradise from the court of Almighty God for martyrs and urgent recovery for the injured of the incident and patience for their depressive families.
