Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani during his visit to US met with NATO secretary general in Washington DC the other day and exchanged views on matters pertaining mutual interests including the war on terror, stabilizing security, regional cooperation, peace process and strengthening Afghanistan national security forces.
The NATO chief expressed satisfaction over US commitment to equip, finance and train Afghan national security forces. Besides thanking NATO over its contribution for stabilizing security in Afghanistan, the president noted that stable Afghanistan is the key for stability in the region.
