Logar Grand Mosque Will Be Put Into Operation Soon

Pul-e-Alam (BNA)  The construction work of congregational Mosque of Logar has been completed by 95 percent and will be put into operation soon.

Mirza Agha Sattari, in charge of Logar Center projects, told BNA that the construction of Logar Center Grand Mosque has started by a construction company in 1397, and so far more than ninety-five percent of its work has progressed.

He added that the mosque will be built with the financial cooperation of the Presidential Office of Operations and National Development Support at a cost of sixty-three million Afghanis in an area of ten thousand square meters of land on two floors in a mature which will have a capacity of three thousand worshipers at a time.

Abdul Rahman, a resident of Pol-e-Alam, Logar, thanked the Presidential Office for Operational Support and National Development and said that the construction of mosques and infrastructure works in the religious affairs and the unity of Afghans was valuable and emphasized the construction of such projects.
