Kabul (BNA) Eng. Amirzai Sangeen the minister of communication and information technology heading a high ranking state delegation left Kabul for Azerbaijan.
According to BNA correspondent from Kabul international airport, 17 deputy ministers from relevant ministries are accompanying the communication minister in the visit. The aim of this one week visit is to know about the experiences of Azerbaijan in using electronic means in management and administrative affairs.
According to Baryalai Hassam the technical deputy minister of communication, the program has been conducted with financial assistance of UNDP, during which the Afghan delegation will also talk on using internet as a means of ties between the governments and peoples of the two countries.
