Kabul (BNA) The Minister of Information and Culture (MoIC) Abdul Bari Jahani introduced Sayeda Muzhgan Mustafawi the newly appointed deputy to publication with ministry to the staff and employees of the ministry in a ceremony here yesterday, BNA reported.
Speaking on the occasion, the minister of information and culture said that Mrs. Muzhgan Mustafawi is among the veteran writers and professor of journalism faculty of Kabul University and her appointment to the post is based on merit.
Mohammad Wahid Gharwal the head of journalism faculty in his speech also congratulated Mrs. Muzhgan Mustafawi over assuming office.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mrs. Muzhgan Mustafawi besides thanking the leaders of the government of national unity and the ministry of information and culture vowed to support the freedom of press and freedom of expression in a way that won’t damage the society’s security.
