Bazarak (BNA) Lincoln learning center has been established in Bazarak city the provincial capital of Panjshir province by U.S. embassy in Kabul.
According to BNA report, the center will be learnt English language and computer programs to heads of offices, youths and local people.
Mohammad Hanif Tahiry in charge of Lincoln learning center said, the new established center have equipped with computers, chair, tables and projector.
The center daily is open from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm freely, Tahiry added.
