Taliban Killed in Maidan-Wardak Air Strikes

Maidan-Shaher (BNA) Dozens of Taliban were killed in recent airstrike in Maidan-Wardak province.
The Taliban were suppressed during the recent days in parts of Daimirdad and Jalrez Districts.
Four strongholds of the Taliban with all war equipment have been demolished.
Mozafaruddin governor of Maidan-Wardak in a press conference said, in the air raids, 35 Taliban rebels were killed.
Qari Syeed Aqa senior commander of Taliban in Maidan-Wardk with 13 colleagues were also among the dead. The insurgents were involved in dozens of deadly raids in Kabul and Maidan-Wardak provinces.
General Wais Samim police chief of Maidan-Wardak said, the security forces also clean up several regions of the two mentioned districts from insurgents.
It is mentionable that no harm and casualties sustained to civilians in the operations.
Meanwhile, the head of national society of Maidan-Wardak, General Asadullah Farahi said, they are trying to eliminate the insurgents in the province.
