Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai president of the Islamic republic of Afghanistan in a decree numbering (7858) dating 27/02/2014 approved rights and privileges of Mrashal.
For remarkable military services during Jihad and resistance of Afghan people, the rank of Marshal had been granted to Mohammad Qaseem Faheem and the decree while allotting lifetime rights and privileges to Mrashal and his stance in official government ceremonies asserted that Marshal’s works, memorandums and initiatives during Jihad and resistance and anything written by figures and orangs should be kept and preserved in archive and museum.
Meanwhile, the government ministries and institutions were obliged for implementing the decree in relevant site.
