Herat (BNA) 53 people were killed and wounded in traffic accidents in the last 48 hours in Herat province.
In the incidents, a child was martyred.
Meanwhile a man lost his life in a traffic accident in Herat province.
Mohammad Rafiq Sherzai spokesman of central hospital of Herat said that the bodies of the two persons have been transferred to hospital
Likewise, 50 people including women and children were wounded in traffic accidents in that province.
According to Sherzai, the health condition of the injured which were under the treatment in hospital reported satisfactory.
