Kandahar (BNA) Nesh district governor of Kandahar province was martyred in explosion of a roadside mine in Kandahar province yesterday.
Ali Ahmad lost his life while his motorcycle hit a roadside mine in Nesh district of the province.
Dwakhan Minapal spokesman of Kandahar governor said BNA, in the blast, Ali Ahmad Nesh district governor was killed and his bodyguard wounded.
He blamed armed Taliban for the incident and efforts have been started for identifying and arresting of perpetrators of the incident. T. Suraya-Yarzada
