Mehtarlam (BNA) A woman and three children of a family were martyred in flash floods in Laghman province last night.
The floods occurred as a result of heavy rains in the Noorlam Dara area, Alinegar district and martyred a woman and three children of a family.
Sarhadi Zwak,spokesman of the overnor of Laghman said, as a result of the floods another civilian was wounded and several residential houses, agricultural lands and agricultural water canals were destroyed and cattle were perished.
The governor of Laghman instructed anti-disaster committee and Afghan Red Crescent Society office in that province to provide assistances for the flood affected people. T. Suraya-Yarzada
