Kabul (BNA) Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs Salahuddin Rabbani met yesterday with Russian ambassador to Kabul Alexander Mantetsky.
In the meeting, the Russian ambassador while informing of providing further higher education scholarships to Afghan students considered cooperation between the two countries as important.
Acting minister of foreign affairs also called Russia as a key country in the world and region and good friend for Afghanistan, hoping that Afghanistan wanted to have good relations with all the world and regional countries.
Both sides discussed bilateral relations, regional cooperation, economic development and peace process.
