Kandahar (BNA) A mine planter arrested by police in Kunduz province yesterday.
Interior ministry press office said BNA the person named Mohammad Rasool wanted to plant a mine in relevant area of Kunduz province.
He was arrested by police along with a remote control and four anti-vehicle mines in the province. T. Suraya-Yarzada
