Herat (BNA) Three mine planters lost their lives in Chasht district, Herat province.
The mine planters wanted to plant mines in crowded areas of the province, the mines exploded and killed them.
Police officials of Herat confirmed the report said that the mine planters were learned making mines abroad the country.
