KABUL (BNA) The Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan Shahabdin Delawar, stressed more facilities to be provided for publishing and printing books while visiting bookstores in Kabul.
Minister Delawar visited bookstores on the occasion of “World book day” he stressed for more facilities to be provided for publishing and printing books so that all communities in the country could get access to books. Said the ministry in a statement.
The Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum, while praising the booksellers, asked you to provide the necessary facilities to all compatriots in the field of printing more books and offering them at a reasonable price. Added the statement.
To extensively book reading culture, Minister Delaware gifted some books to youths on this occasion of “World Book Day” including the published by himself.
“World Book Day” is celebrated every year on April 23 to promote reading culture among society this year this Day has been celebrated around the world under the slogan “You Are a reader”
