Mehtarlam (BNA) National security forces arrested a suicide attacker in Laghman province.
In charge of National Security Dept. told BNA, the attacker in direction of terrorist groups wanted to carry out terrorist attack in crowded areas of Laghman province, before doing the suicide attack was arrested by personnel of National Security Department and is under investigation.
