KABUL (BNA) The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan’s acting Minister of Vice and Virtue Sheikh Muhammad Khalid Hanafi, met with the Ambassador of Japan to Afghanistan, Takuya Tanimoto, in his office on Tuesday.
Welcoming the Japanese ambassador, Minister Hanafi said that the Islamic Emirate wants to strengthen the ties between Afghanistan and Japan further.
Minister Hanafi said that the development of a country depends on good governance, commitment to the nation, and interaction with the world, and the Islamic Emirate is committed to all of these criteria.
Hanafi shared information on the activities of the Ministry of vice and virtue of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan with Japan’s ambassador to Afghanistan, according to a statement.
For his part, Japan’s ambassador to Afghanistan said in this meeting that the re-opening of the embassy of country in Kabul shows commitment to good relations with Afghanistan.
The security of Afghanistan is vital for the entire region, and he added that Japan wants to restore relations with this country.
