Kabul (BNA) Four Taliban fighters were killed following Afghan security forces’ attack in northeastern Badakhshan province the other day.
Sanaullah Rouhani spokesman of Badakhshan police chief told BNA reporter, the insurgents wanted to block Faizabad-Baharak highway in Espangal region that targeted by Afghan security forces.
Four rebels were killed, several wounded and some others fled from the areas, Rouhani added.
