Khalili Meets Lecturers of Universities, Discusses Afghanistan’s Development After 2014

Kabul (BNA) The meeting chaired by Mohammad Karim Khalili second vice-president was aimed at exchanging of views with the lecturers of universities, scholars and cultural figures, over the developments in the country after 2014.
Addressing the audience Khalili explained that transition of security responsibility and elections in 2014 are important issues taking place in 2014 and successful passing of these phases needs the unity and coordination and readiness of the government and the Afghan nation, especially the scholars and political figures of the country.
He called the year 2014 as the greatest test for the government, people, political personalities and all segments of the Afghan society and it requires that they with decisive plan will move towards starting a new phase in their lives.
He added that strengthening of the present situation and moving towards a certain stable future requires the support of the political personalities of the country and unity of the people.
The Afghan government desires that this country not only will; not return to the past dark era, but will move on its present course.
He added that there is need that we should enrich our unity and harmony to achieve our responsibility.
Some of the lecturers of higher education, scientific personalities expressed their views on the relevant issues and they emphasized on holding more such meetings to discuss issues pertaining to the developments after 2014.
The participants of the meeting considered creating of concern in respect to the developments of 2014 as psychological war against the people of Afghanistan and said that after leaving of foreign forces from Afghanistan better opportunities are available in areas of economy, politics, security and education that can help the country to traverse from this era and move towards a reliable future.
The participants also expressed satisfaction over holding of the meeting.
Issues pertaining to the usage of the capacities at the country’s constitution, political demands within the framework and logical political change in Afghanistan were discussed at this meeting.
