Kabul (BNA) Dr. Kamal Sadat, Acting Minister of Information and Culture and Deputy to the Youth Affairs, on Sunday praised the talent of Abdul Razaq, a young volunteer scout member.
He appreciated the youth for showing hard work sin civil, literature and volunteer affairs.
