Kabul (BNA) A number of Afghan women in Kabul gifted their blood to their security forces.
While giving their blood, members of the Women’s Political Participation Committee said they were optimistic the blood will help save the lives of soldiers who sustain injuries while fighting with enemy and terrorists.
Members of Women’s Political Participation Committee say this is the first time this campaign started in capital Kabul and hoped it will spread to the province. Doctor Alema who is heading the committee said “By presenting our blood we want to show our support to them. For us they are fighting in the battlefield and sacrificing.” After taking the full responsibility of the security form NATO force at the begging of this year. Afghan National Security Forces have launched several large-scale independents operations across the country.
