MoIC Warns To Invalidate Media License, Frequency, If Failing To Settle Accounts

Kabul (BNA) Fazel Sancharaki, the deputy publication minister of information and culture, in a news meeting with Fahim Dashti, a member of Afghanistan Journalists Federation warned that if media failing to resolve their accounts in three months, would face the invalidation of license and frequency, BNA reported Sunday.
Up to 600 million Afs, the media have been indebted from their taxes, license and electricity consumption, where ignored by the president, but the media has been asked to resort to the settlement of their accounts within three months or will not enjoy the privilege of the discount and their work license and frequency would be retaken, the agency said.
