Charikar (BNA) A commander of Taliban militants was killed in Koh-e-Safi district, Parwan province last night.
Saifullah Bidar district governor of the province told BNA, a group of armed oppositions attacked on local police’ checkpoints in Ahmadzai village, Koh-e-Safi district of the province last night, which faced with full strengthen of Afghan security forces, clashes started between them, in which Hazrat Ali a notorious commander and another insurgent were killed following the clashes.
According to Bidar, in the two hour clashes a Kalashnikov and a communication means have been seized and discovered by local police forces.
Bidar added, there were no casualties incurred to Afghan security forces following the clashes.
