Kabul (BNA) Over 112 armed oppositions including 15 ISIS fighters were killed and 64 others were wounded during several separate operations conducted by Afghan security forces across the country within the last 24 hours.
BNA quoting from Ministry of National Defense, the operations were carried out by Afghan security forces aiming to suppress Taliban militants in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Kunar, Laghman, Ghazni, Paktia, Logar, Khost, Maidan/Wardak, Kandahar, Urozgan, Zabul, Ghor, Farah, Badghis, Herat, Kunduz, Baghlan, Faryab and Helmand province.
Two local commanders of Taliban rebels are among the victims of the operation, the source added.
