Kabul (BNA) As many as 7 armed oppositions were killed during air and ground operation led by Afghan security forces in central Logar province the night before last.
Shah Poor Ahmadzai spokesman of police command in Logar told BNA reporter, the operation has launched to suppress terrorists and protect the lives and properties of people in different parts of Mohammad Agha district of the province.
On the other hand, residents of Zarghon Shahr region, Mohammad Agha district claimed that seven civilians including 4 children were martyred and 2 others were wounded during the operation, but local officials in Logar said nothing about civilians’ casualties during the operation.
