Kabul (BNA) The people are the main supporter of the political system and any system with the people support would overcome any problems and challenges, an achievement mostly originated from the legitimacy of the governments.
So the people decision to cooperate with the country’s security forces would help- ensure security in the country.
Many security related programs had been recently implemented with good results given in the different parts of the country as the security forces could foil many plots of the enemies in cooperation with the people, recover and defuse roadside mine and motor and bike-ragged explosive in many provinces.
They also prevented many deadly incidents by carrying out clearance and military operation mostly coordinated with the area residents in some provinces in the center and north such as Kunduz, Takhar, Baghlan and Parwan.
At a meeting with the elders of Wardakk Province, president Karzai said the country’s full security would be taken over by the Afghan forces from the international troops after they leave the country by 2014.
Any part of the country would be controlled by the Afghan security forces themselves, but called on the nation to cooperate with their domestic forces and not let their homeland once again change into the pool of blood and battlefield.
The president’s remarks had not only focused on the people capacity that forced ex super power leave the country, but also for a new constitution based procedure that the country would be protected against any invasion and meddling in the internal affairs from any sides in cooperation of the people who are the main in the democratic system.
The main purpose of the president was to urge to people not to remain incompetent before their country as the era of the people ignorance and the controlling the system by a few leaders had passed, but constitutionally both the people and the government are the main parts of decision making force for protection of the country against any risks and alien conspiracies.
Therefore, both the government and the security organs should be in the service of the people and in their cooperation and coordination a secure and safe environment would be facilitated for the citizens.
