Kabul (BNA) 12 armed oppositions were killed in a series of clearing operations launched by ANA troops in several provinces of the country.
According to defense ministry press office to BNA, the ANA forces conducting a series of operations to annihilate armed enemies in the outskirt of Nangarhar, Maidan-Wardak, Ghazni, Faryab and Helmand provinces killed 12 armed insurgents, and wounded five others.
Likewise, two persons have been detained on charges of cooperation with terrorists.
Numerous of heavy and light weapons and war equipment were seized and dozens of anti-vehicle mines were discovered and neutralized by ANA forces in the operations.
