Kabul (BNA) At many as 10 anti-government militias were killed and six more were wounded during clashes with Afghan security forces in southern Urozgan province last night.
Press office of Attal army corps by releasing a statement reported, the conflicts took place, while a group of Taliban fighters stormed on Afghan security forces’ checkpoints in Khas Urozgan and Dehrawoud districts and Tarinkot city the provincial capital of the province.
10 terrorists were killed and six others were wounded during the attack, the statement added.
According to another report, Afghan national defense and security forces by discovering and confiscating eight round of different type of mines succeeded to prevent several deadly incidents in crowded areas of Urozgan province.
