Kabul (BNA) A joint meeting held between Ministry of Energy and Water and a high-level delegation of Turkmenistan.
According to BNA, Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, Acting Minister of Energy and Water, Mawlawi Mohammad Amin Hafez, General director of Da Afghan Breshna Sherkat (DABS), Murad Artikov, General director of international projects and Hoja Ovezov, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Kabul and a number of officials from the two countries were attended the meeting.
At the start of the meeting, cooperation between two countries especially the construction of Noor al-Jihad substation, Implementation of the TAPI Project, Transformation Karki power line to Kabul and expansion of cooperation were discussed.
Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, Acting Minister of Energy and Water, afterward thanked Turkmenistan for its continued cooperation and stressed the need for continued joint cooperation and implementation of these projects.
Meanwhile, Turkmen officials are making ensured that their counterparts continue to work with the authorities of the Ministry of Energy and Water, noting that they are working on the final project for the construction of the Noor al-Jihad power substation and the implementation of the TAPI project.
At the end of the meeting, both sides agreed to work on a joint technical committee on the above-mentioned projects.
