Some Works of Shaheed Prof. Rabbani Unveiled

Kabul (BNA) Some works of Shaheed Prof. Rabbani was unveiled at the time, where the country marked his fourth martyrdom anniversary here in Kabul the other day, BNA reported. Sayeda Mojgan Mostafavi, deputy minister for publication of the ministry of Information and Culture talking on the occasion said that we have been witness of so many bravery and martyrdoms not only during the Jihad period, but now as well, as the country’s brave security forces giving their lives in defending their soil. “We have been committed to safeguard the achievements of those who have given their lives but not their trench” Mostafavi said, adding that Shaheed Rabbani was a patriot and brave Mujahid who have fought the enemies of this soil and Islam and wanted a united Islam. Mostafavi added that the enemies of Afghanistan should not think that with assassination of Prof. Rabbani, Abdul Ali Mazari, Mustafa Kazemi, Gen. Daud Daud and other leaders have defeated us, but indeed we have been further committed to fight terrorism and the enemies of this soil. “The bravery of our martyrs have always given us to feel pride and I ask patience from the court of Almighty Allah to the families of martyrs” Mostafavi added, hoping that the Allah Almighty give us the ability to follow the path of our martyrs.
The deputy minister further added that a nation for protecting its dignity, achievements and people should fight and of course without sacrifices no threats would be excreted. The deputy minister also stated that she has written an article for the one the works of Shaheed Prof. Rabbani which will be soon available to center for collection of the works of prof. Rabbani. Following Mohammad Yunus Qanooni former first vice president, Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal, Ustad Shadab, Dr. Mehdi, Salahuddin Rabbani and Sayed Hadi spoke on life and works of Shaheed Prof. Rabbani and lauded his efforts in bringing peace to the country. At the end of ceremony, some of the works of Shaheed Rabbani was unveiled which was included the first, second and third volumes of Khat-e-Rahbar (a collection of the speeches).
