Kabul (BNA) A top local commander of Taliban militants killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Kapisa province.
Shir Aqa Faqiri spokesman of 201 Sylab army corps told BNA, Qari Safatullah a top local commander of Taliban was killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Alasay district, Kapisa province.
A civilian was martyred and two others were wounded following a Taliban’s bullet that hit a residential house during the clashes, Faqiri added.
