Qalat City (BNA) Two mine planters shot dead by Afghan security forces in southern Zabul province yesterday.
A local police commander of Zabul told BNA, the mine planters wanted to plant mines on crowded areas of the province to carry out a deadly incident, which fortunately did not succeeded.
It has been said, Afghan security forces with cooperation of local resident succeeded to prevent the bloodshed event.
