Kandahar City (BNA) A series of Taliban’s mines plantings have been thwarted by Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) in southern provinces of Afghanistan.
The militants were planted 10 rounds of mines in highways of southern Kandahar, Urozgan and Helmand provinces, which timely discovered and neutralized by Afghan security forces with cooperation of local people and prevented from several bloodiest incidents.
Taliban with planting the mines wanted to carry out deadly incidents on Afghans civilians, but fortunately un-succeeded.
It has been said, the mines were planted in crowded areas of the mentioned provinces.
