Kabul (BNA) Afghan National Security Forces ANSF with support of air and artillery forces conducted clearing operations in the past 23 hours, 32 armed insurgents was killed.
Ministry of Defense MoD press office stated BNA, ANSF led the operations in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Paktika, Ghazni, Paktia, Logar, Kandahar, Badghis, Laghman, Faryab, Kunduz, Helmand, Zabul and Urozgan provinces.
Armed insurgents suffered highest casualties in Kharwar district of Logar province.
Also in the operations 8 insurgents were wounded, and three others were detained with two bikes.
In the operation an amount of weapons were also seized.
