5000 Youths To Join Higher Education with Discount

Kabul (BNA) Deputy Ministry of Youth Affairs for Information and Culture inked several Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with private higher and semi-higher education institutes yesterday.
The agreements were signed by deputy minister of youth affairs Temor Shah Ishaqzai and representatives for private higher and semi-higher education institutes.
Based on the agreements, nearly 5000 youths will be introduced to the institutes with low fees for higher education.
Ishaqzai says those youths who could not pass the government universities entry test will be introduced to higher and semi-higher education institutes. Temor Shah Ishaqzai while pointing out on lack of capacity at government universities said efforts would be further made to absorb more youths in private universities through such agreements in future.
Ishaqzai also said that four separate agreements were also signed with a number of sports clubs in Kabul City, adding that as per the agreements, the clubs would provide trainings in various sports sections free of charge to nearly 500 youths.
