Contract Costing $100,000 Signed In Kabul

Kabul (BNA) Jarullah Mansuri, Minister of Rehabilitation and Rural Development signed an agreement valued at USD 100,000 with the Afghan Construction Company. 
On the basis of this contract work on the first phase of potable water network of Qalae Naw of Badghis and its surrounding will start. 
The total cost of this project has been anticipated at USD14 million and Spain is committed to finance it. 
First phase of the project include digging of wells and their consolidations to be carried by this company. 
In its second phase construction of reservoir, pipeline scheme, installation of parts and direction of the pipes to the residences will be undertaken. 
With this project 60,000 people will be provided with potable water.
